This role will be based in one of our offices listed below where we offer a hybrid work schedule with 4 days in the office; and 1 day remote.

ResponsibilitiesAs a Commercial Processing Supervisor (or Rating Supervisor), you will be responsible for the management and development of rating staff, including training oversight, conducting quality reviews, coaching and mentoring, and performance evaluation. You'll also ensure that team members meet or exceed departmental, service, and quality goals while supporting a culture of operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and cross-team collaboration. Additional responsibilities include ensuring procedural documentation is accurate and current, and monitoring work volume.

We'll count on you to:
- Provide direct supervision of an assigned rating team with coaching, mentoring, and ongoing performance feedback.
- Develop, maintain, and execute a comprehensive training plan that ensures consistent onboarding, progression, and readiness of new Raters.
- Provide processing context and workflow education by ensuring Trainees understand training resources, work assignment expectations, authority, system navigation and functional workflows.
- Responsible for quality reviewing Trainee transactions prior to certification to ensure accuracy and readiness. Identifying training gaps and coordinating corrective coaching.
- Performs rating transaction reviews as part of the Quality Review process at the direction of the Rating Manager, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standards.
- Monitor work volume and workflow queues, ensuring adherence to SLAs and proactively adjusting assignments or resources as needed.
- Own and maintain departmental procedures and documentation, ensuring they are updated based on business changes, system enhancements, and quality review findings, and communicated appropriately to staff.
