Pay Rate: $22–$34 per hour. Schedules Available: 1st Shift: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm (Mon–Fri); 2nd Shift: 3:30 pm – 1:00 am (Mon–Fri). Overtime available. Assignment Length:

, highly technical machining roles - not machine operator positions

, traditional CNC machines
, and manual equipment in a job‑shop or low‑to‑medium volume environment.
- Set up, program (at the machine or offline), and operate CNC lathes, mills, and/or manual machines to produce precision components
- Machine complex parts to close tolerances using blueprints, GD&T, routers, and work instructions
- Perform first‑piece, in‑process, and final inspections using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, indicators)
- Edit and optimize G‑code, adjust offsets, tooling, and feeds/speeds to maintain quality and efficiency
- Troubleshoot machining issues and collaborate with engineering and quality teams as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all safety and quality standards
- 3–5+ years of hands‑on machining experience (CNC and/or Manual) in a manufacturing environment
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings
- Experience with CNC controls (Fanuc, Haas, Mazak, or similar) and/or large‑diameter lathes preferred
- Solid understanding of cutting tools, materials, fixturing, and machining processes
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school or apprenticeship strongly preferred
- Self‑starter mindset with strong attention to detail, quality, and continuous improvement
