Material Handler - Wrap 2nd Shift

Summary

The Materials Handler ensures department cleanliness, orderliness, and safety. The typical schedule for this position is Sunday–Wednesday 4:00 pm – 2:00 am.

• Listen and follow the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor, and take guidance from senior team members.
• Assist with the physical organization of inventory.
• Return inventory items to the proper locations.
• Assist materials handlers with picking items required for production.

• Follow all safety policies & procedures as a prerequisite to employment.
• Able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Able to write and do basic math.
• Basic computer skills or willingness to learn.
• Must be able to read a tape measure.
• Must be able to work well with others.

• Able to stand on feet wearing safety boots from 8–10 hours a day.
• Ability to lift, carry, twist, walk, and reach constantly, and bend frequently.
• Must have the ability to lift and/or move up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to work in varied temperatures consistent with the climate conditions of the region (heat, humidity, etc.).
