Careers with Aero
Along with skilled Field, Shop, Shipping & Receiving, and Administrative positions, Aero is proud to offer a Maine DOL registered apprenticeship program! Please see below for additional details on the program, and how to apply.
Aero Team Member BenefitsAero is 100% Employee Owned
As of January 2017, Aero is an ESOP (Employee Stock Option Plan)! What does this mean for an Aero Team Member? An ESOP is a defined contribution benefit plan that allows Team Members to earn Aero stock – or ownership interest – automatically as they work! We look at it as a third facet of retirement (social security and 401K being the other two), as well as giving all Team Members a vested interest in the success of Aero!
RetirementAero offers a competitive Safe Harbor 401K plan, matching 100% of all contributions up to 3%. Any contributions over 3% have a 50% match up to 5%. For example, if 4% is contributed, Aero will match 3.5%.
InsuranceAero takes the health of our Team Members seriously and offers dental, health, and short-term disability policies. Additionally, Aero provides, at no cost to individuals, $15,000 in life insurance and long-term disability to all Team Members.
Paid Time Off & HolidaysAero offers generous PTO plans that increase with tenure, along with 7 holidays (6 paid) per calendar year.
