Manpower - 70 Center Street - Responsibilities:
Set up, program (at the machine or offline), and operate CNC lathes, mills, and/or manual machines to produce precision components;
Machine complex parts to close tolerances using blueprints, GD&T, routers, and work instructions;
Edit and optimize G-code, adjust offsets, tooling, and feeds/speeds to maintain quality and efficiency;
Troubleshoot machining issues and collaborate with engineering and quality teams as needed;
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all safety and quality standards
