Dye Sublimation and Laser Production Assistant

Compensation Range: $18–$24/hour

We’re seeking an enthusiastic, hands-on individual to join our tight-knit team as a Dye Sublimation and Laser Production Assistant
. This role supports our production process by helping operate equipment safely and efficiently, preparing materials, maintaining quality standards, and assisting with order fulfillment.

• Receive, organize, and inspect incoming materials for production
• Assist with inventory management and material storage
• Help keep materials organized to support an efficient workflow

• Operate dye sublimation and laser equipment according to established procedures
• Operate printers and heat presses for dye sublimation products
• Assist with laser cutting and engraving
• Keep equipment clean and perform basic maintenance tasks as needed

• Prepare materials for production
• Assist with setup and completion of production jobs
• Support daily workflow to help meet production deadlines

• Ensure products meet company quality standards
• Maintain accuracy and consistency throughout the production process
• Assist with packaging finished products
• Label and prepare orders for shipping
• Help ensure orders are completed accurately and on time

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all safety protocols and production procedures
• Assist team members with general production tasks as needed

• Technical Proficiency
  :
  Ability to learn and operate laser and dye sublimation equipment.
• Physical Ability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and be on your feet for an extended period.
