We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our production team at a plating facility that serves critical industries, including aerospace, defense, firearms, and medical manufacturing. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for candidates looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing, with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Location:Westbrook, ME
Shift:Monday – Thursday, 5:30 PM – 4:00 AM
Responsibilities:- Rack and unrack parts for processing
- Sandblast, buff, wash, wire, and clean parts
- Perform general labor tasks throughout the production area.
- Assist with quality inspections and basic testing before and after plating.
- Follow safety procedures and work instructions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Support team members in meeting production goals
Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and handling small parts
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
