As a travel Registered Nurse specializing in Orthopedic Surgery, you'll gain hands-on exposure to high-acuity, fast-paced care and cutting-edge technology. Collaborate closely with seasoned surgeons and experienced colleagues across five orthopedic OR suites, enhancing your skills in total joint revisions, trauma procedures, and robotic-assisted surgeries. Schedule/Hours:

• Flexible: 10- or 12-hour shifts available
• Days: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Weekend coverage:
  Every 1 in 4 weekends, 12-hour shifts
• Call:
  Includes one overnight trauma call, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (varies by specialty team)

Key Responsibilities:

• First scrub complex total joint revision and multi-vendor ortho trauma cases
• Proficient use of Stryker, DePuy, Smith & Nephew, Zimmer systems, and the Mako robotic platform
• First assist on polytrauma surgeries with minimal supervision
• Strict adherence to turnover and on-time start targets
• Collaborate in a team setting, supporting efficiency and optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications:

• Active RN license (in good standing)
• Minimum 2 years' recent orthopedic surgery experience, including trauma cases
• Comfortable with multiple vendor technologies and advanced surgical instrumentation
• Experience with Mako robotic system and Hana OR table
• CNOR preferred
• Flexibility and accountability essential
