Maine Health’s Spring Harbor Hospital seeks a Nursing Charge – Behavioral Health. This full-time evening role (32 hours weekly) leads the 24-bed adult psychiatric unit, coordinating care with staff, physicians, and community partners to deliver safe, patient- and family-centered care.
Eligible candidates may receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus (1–2 years RN experience) or $20,000 for more than 2 years. Requirements: RN license, BSN preferred, BLS within 30 days, and psychiatric nursing experience
