Key Responsibilities of the LPN/LVN – Long Term Care
- Provide direct patient care in long-term care settings
- Monitor and document patient health status
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assist in the development of care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare team members
Requirements of the LPN/LVN – Long Term Care
- Current LPN/LVN license in the state of Maine
- Experience in Long Term Care preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
