Key Responsibilities of the LPN/LVN – Long Term Care

• Provide nursing care to patients in long-term care settings
• Monitor patient health and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care of residents
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Requirements of the LPN/LVN – Long Term Care

• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of Maine
• Previous experience in long-term care preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
