Travel Adolescent Psych RN jobs at the facility in Westbrook, Maine place you in a 100-bed free-standing psychiatric hospital. The hospital specializes in behavioral health and offers dedicated adolescent units with comprehensive psychiatric services. Westbrook is just a 15-minute drive from Portland, where you can visit the Portland Museum of Art or enjoy the waterfront Old Port district. You will provide care for adolescents experiencing acute psychiatric symptoms, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support therapeutic interventions.
Required qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, a current Maine or Compact RN license, one year of recent RN experience, and current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Recommended skills include experience in psychiatric nursing, strong communication, and crisis intervention.
