Registered Nurse LTC​/SNF

Job Summary:

Seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to provide quality patient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility. This contract role offers a 14-week assignment with a guaranteed 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in a LTC/SNF setting.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient health and record all clinical observations and interventions.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and revise patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all facility policies, state regulations, and safety protocols.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold professional standards at all times.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Proven experience in LTC/SNF environments preferred.
• Ability to accurately administer medications and perform clinical tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must wear a photo  and carry valid  facility access.
• Willingness to comply with COVID-19 vaccination guidelines or approved exemptions.
