Registered Nurse - Long Term Care/SNF
This position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) in a Long Term Care (LTC) setting working day shifts from 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, with 40 guaranteed hours per week for a 90-week contract. The RN provides direct patient care to residents, focusing on maintaining health, managing chronic conditions, and ensuring overall comfort and quality of life.
Responsibilities include performing patient assessments, administering medications and treatments, monitoring resident conditions, and updating care plans. The RN will collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff, supervise CNAs/LPNs, and ensure compliance with facility policies while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
