We are seeking candidates with food manufacturing quality experience and/or a degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field to work 2 nd Shift as a QA Technician. This position pays $21-$23/hr and is a temp-to-hire opportunity.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in food safety, quality assurance, HACCP, SQF, and GMP compliance who enjoys hands-on testing, auditing processes, and ensuring products meet strict quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications to Be Considered:- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field preferred
- 1-3 years of food manufacturing experience in Quality Assurance, Food Safety, Operations, or Food Science preferred
- Working knowledge of HACCP, SQF, GMPs, sanitation practices, allergens, and food labeling requirements strongly preferred
- Perform sensory and analytical testing on ingredients and finished products
- Conduct quality and food safety audits to ensure compliance with established standards
- Record, analyze, and maintain quality data and product control documentation
- Support production through product holds, releases, and sample retention processes
- Verify labels, calibrate equipment, and coordinate external testing samples
- Follow HACCP, SQF, GMP, and food safety protocols in all activities
