Experienced General Manager

Responsibilities

The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, Cleanliness and Food Safety.

They work with their Area Supervisor to set restaurant goals and create plans aligned with the McDonald’s PACE system. The General Manager leads a team of Shift and Department Managers, helping them set goals, follow up on progress, provide coaching, and improve their departments. This leads to overall restaurant improvement.

The General Manager may also hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong team for the future.

Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high-volume locations. We are seeking McDonald’s Hamburger University graduates. Technical experience with certifications in OTP2 or OTP3 is desired. A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.

Salary: $55,000+ with Bonus Program
