Team Member, Restaurant​/Food Service

• Prepare and assemble food items efficiently, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS to process transactions accurately and swiftly
• Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance sales
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in compliance with food safety regulations
• Assist with cleaning dining spaces, and supporting kitchen staff with basic food prep tasks
• Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy during cashiering duties
• Support the team in adhering to health standards by following proper sanitation procedures and food safety guidelines

• Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS is a plus
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety practices, and sanitation standards
• Experience working in a restaurant or similar setting is advantageous
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
