• Assist customers in selecting hardware products and provide knowledgeable advice
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store and stock shelves
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
• Restock inventory and ensure product displays are appealing
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Follow safety procedures and store policies at all times

• Ability to work nights and weekends as required
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store hours
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic math and communication skills
• Over 18 years old preferred, but not mandatory
• Must have some Night and Weekend availability
