Casual Beauty Advisor - Toowoomba; Westbrook

The Body Shop Australia is currently recruiting for a Casual Beauty Advisor!

To support the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store through the delivery of exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times.

• The Beauty Advisor will take the time to learn our customer’s needs and recommend fantastic products that make them feel so good.
• Uphold the values and vision of the company whilst ensuring adherence to company procedures & policies.
• Offer expert advice to our customers and provide an inspirational insight into The Body Shop products and philosophy.

• Previous retail experience is preferred
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills with a particular focus on building rapport with customers
• A team player and be open to receiving daily coaching / feedback from your Store and Assistant Manager.
• A genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry
• Confident in reaching store targets and sales
• An active contributor to our joyful collective by being an agile, tenacious and optimistic team member.
• The ideal candidate will have availability Monday through to Sunday.
