Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along a set route and provide service and sales within an existing customer base. The role is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

• Act as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.

• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

Required

• Meet all Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• Have an active driver's license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Obtain DOT medical certification before first day of employment.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.
