Job SummaryAs a Payroll Territory Manager (PTM), you will prospect and conduct Auris payroll presentations in person and over the phone to small and mid‑sized merchants and businesses. You will explain our value proposition via Atlas CRM, upsell current clients on other Auris products, and support the Payroll Division Manager (PDM). Additionally, you will train and coach Senior Product Advisors (SPAs).
Responsibilities- Prospect new clients into our Payroll/HCM services realm
- Maintain client records in Atlas CRM, including call notes, scheduled interactions, and contact information
- Achieve minimum production requirements, including setting first‑time appointments, to secure wins
- Continuously build knowledge of our product portfolio and industry developments
- Attend weekly team meetings and one‑on‑one sessions with the leader
- Provide status updates to the reporting PDM
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
- Successful completion of a pre‑employment background check
- Must live in the area relative to the job posting location
- At least two years of relevant experience
- Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
- Comfortable with an on‑site presence for collaboration, team leadership, and cross‑functional partnership
- High school diploma or GED
- At least six years of relevant experience
- At least one to two years of supervisory experience
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Incentive‑driven sales hunter
- Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity
- High sense of urgency and innate sales talent
- Enjoys cold‑calling and face‑to‑face interactions
