As an Insurance Sales Agent

You act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through complex insurance options to find the best coverage for their unique needs. This role is pivotal in protecting our clients' assets and ensuring their peace of mind, directly contributing to our company's mission and growth. - Engages with prospective and existing clients to identify their insurance needs.
- Conducts thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate Property & Casualty Insurance (P&C) products.
- Executes prospecting and lead generation strategies to expand the client base.
- Manages client relationship management by providing exceptional customer service and ongoing support as needed.
- Explains policy details, terms, and conditions clearly and concisely.
- Processes applications, renewals, and policy changes accurately and efficiently.
- Stays informed about industry trends, market changes, and new product offerings.
- Collaborates with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to obtain a State of Maine Property & Casualty License.
- Prior sales or insurance experience is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Possesses or obtains required State of Maine insurance license (P&C).
- Applies strong needs analysis skills to tailor solutions.
- Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client relationship management.
- Demonstrates effective prospecting and lead generation techniques.
- Works independently and manages time effectively.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and able to learn and utilize CRM software.

- Works primarily in an office environment.
- May spend extended periods sitting, using a computer, and communicating via phone.
- Requires the ability to frequently travel to client meetings or training sessions.
