Dennis Family Corporation are looking for a high performing and successful Sales Consultant for our Metro West region.

Reporting into the Sales Manager
- Developments, the incumbent will manage the sale of land and off-the-plan residential homes within the SLHC and Medium-Density market, and vendor resales. This is a highly rewarding and challenging role operating from one of our beautifully presented land sales offices.

About you

You will have proven sales success and be self-motivated to further your career in this area. You will enjoy working in a team that shares our family values and bring a genuine and positive energy to your daily interactions. You will come with an exemplary sales track record and possess the following:

  • Land development and off-the-plan residential sales experience - ideally 3 years’ experience and an impeccable sales track record, preferably within a built form sales.
  • Agent’s Representative Course - satisfactory completion.
  • Driven and self-motivated - a professional and innovative approach to creating new sales opportunities and working to targets.
  • Relationship building - established network of relationships with builder sales representatives in the area.
  • Business acumen - a positive attitude to professional development, solid work ethic and resilience.
  • Skills - well-developed organisational and client management capabilities.
  • Availability - to work on weekends and have a full driver’s license as occasional travel is expected.
