• Provide exceptional customer service by phone and in-person
• Accurate and timelypartsordering forcollisioncenterrepairs
• Update and maintainpartsinventory information in the dealership system
• Reconcile invoices and packing slips, review prices and discounts for payment
• File credit requests for shortages, damages, andparts
• Perform administrative duties as necessary

• 1 + years automotivepartsexperience
• Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• A valid Driver's License and clean driving record
