Inside Sales

BSC Industries Inc seeks an Inside Sales Representative to support OEM and MRO customers in power transmission, bearings, motion control, and automation products. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, prepare and follow up on quotes, enter and track orders, and recommend technical solutions that align with customer requirements. You'll collaborate closely with outside sales, engineering, and operations to deliver reliable supply chain and MRO support.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to support OEM and MRO customers with quotes and order placement
• Recommend power transmission, bearings, motion control, and automation solutions based on customer needs
• Prepare, follow up, and close sales quotations while maintaining accurate CRM and ERP records
• Partner with outside sales and engineering to support solution selling and technical applications
• Provide order tracking, problem resolution, and proactive status updates to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through responsive, consultative service
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to grow existing accounts
• Collaborate with purchasing and operations to ensure product availability and on-time delivery
• Continuously develop product knowledge through training and vendor resources
• Contribute to team sales goals and participate in sales meetings and pipeline reviews
