Telecommunications Tower Technician – Critical Infrastructure Upgrades

We’re looking for entry‑level Tower Climbers (TTT‑1) to join our growing team.

• Paid training – classroom and hands‑on tower work
• Relocation assistance for qualified applicants
• Per diem for overnight travel

• Travel approximately 60% of the time out of town (Monday–Friday) with per diem provided
• Climb towers up to 300 feet safely
• Install, repair, upgrade and maintain wireless equipment
• Use hand tools, rigging, and mechanical gear
• Follow all safety procedures – no shortcuts

• Willingness to work at heights and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Basic hand‑tool and mechanical skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Must pass a drug test, physical, and background check
• Experience working at heights (construction, military, etc.) is a plus

• Must lift up to 70+ pounds and climb tall structures
• Work in all types of weather
• Stand, bend, and stretch for extended periods
