Construction Laborer

This role will be located in Portland, ME where you will be chipping paint, restoring brick, and cleaning the job site. This role is perfect for someone that has at least one year of commercial site experience. We are looking to have people start on Monday 7/20. You must have/get an OSHA 10 for this job.

• Assist with mixing, pouring, placing, and finishing concrete for restoration projects
• Support masons by handling and staging materials (concrete, block, brick, tool sets)
• Perform concrete patching, repair, and surface prep work
• Help with rebar placement, form setup, and basic carpentry tasks
• Prep and maintain job sites—including setup, organization, and cleanup
• Safely operate hand tools and basic power tools
• Work as part of a team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely

• Previous experience in construction or heavy labor environments
• Interest or experience in concrete or masonry work
• Ability to lift, carry, and work in active jobsite conditions
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn from skilled trades professionals
• Familiarity with rebar, forms, or basic carpentry is a plus
• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork

This is a Contract position based out of Westbrook, ME.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $27.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
