Salary: $130,000 - $200,000/yr, depending on experience, flexibility for the right candidate + benefits

• Direct and manage all general accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Payroll, Billing, Collections, Income Tax, and Banking relations.
• Oversee production and inventory accounting, standard cost systems, variance analysis, and operational budgeting.
• Develop, initiate, and maintain strong internal financial controls, policies, and procedures ensuring alignment with GAAP, professional accounting standards, and governmental regulations.
• Prepare and deliver accurate, timely financial reports, data analyses, and strategic insights directly to key executive management
• Lead, train, and mentor accounting department staff, managing workflow, accuracy, and operational performance.
• Lead financial system audits, tax compliance reviews, and financial risk assessment initiatives.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 5 to 7+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience within a Manufacturing environment.
• Advanced cost accounting, financial modeling, and budgeting background.
• Proficiency in ERP accounting software (Oracle / Oracle 11i experience is a major plus), along with advanced Excel skills.
