- Compensation: $20-$29 hourly

Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the clinical supervisor to implement Behavior Support Plans, Behavior Intervention Plans, IEP/504 plan directives, as directed for moderate to severe level behaviors to develop communication, social, academic, and daily-living skills for generalization across settings.
- Collect accurate, ongoing data on target behaviors, skill acquisition programs, prompting levels, and student engagement as defined by the supervising BCBA.
- Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and responsiveness in all interactions with students, families, and staff while following district policies, agency expectations, and ethical guidelines.
- Assist with classroom routines such as transitions, centers, morning meeting, arrival/dismissal, specials, and lunch. Monitor student engagement, attention, and emotional regulation throughout the school day and intervene early when needed.
- Maintain the confidentiality of information regarding clients and families in accordance with State and Federal regulations.
