Engage with suppliers and subcontractors to compile comprehensive cost proposals. Utilize construction estimating software like Plan Swift, and HCSS Heavy Bid. Attend bid walk-through, scope review meetings, and participate in contract negotiations. Requires a master's degree in Civil Engineering and 24 months experience as a Project Engineer.
