What You Will Do

Manage all aspects of a residential program to ensure the safety, well-being, and personal growth of individuals supported.

Ensure services are delivered according to each individual's Individual Service Plan (ISP), support needs, and personal goals.

Develop, maintain, and oversee Individual Service Plans in compliance with OPWDD regulations and agency standards.

Monitor and support the implementation of Behavior Support Plans and related strategies.

Provide leadership, supervision, and guidance to direct care staff, including Assistant Managers.

Oversee staff training, development, performance expectations, and adherence to agency policies and procedures.

Participate in recruitment efforts, including interviewing and selecting qualified residential staff.

Manage emergency situations, behavioral challenges, and high-pressure incidents with professionalism and sound judgment.

Maintain compliance with OPWDD regulations, agency policies, and internal quality standards.

Participate in internal and external audits and ensure required documentation is complete and accurate.
