Operate and monitor SMT equipment, including screen printers and pick-and-place machines, to support production schedules.;
Perform machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.;
Ensure accurate solder paste application and component placement according to production specifications.;
Inspect PCB assemblies for defects and verify quality standards are met.;
Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to resolve process issues.
