SMT Operator

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for  _SMT Operator in WESTBURY NY._  This is a great opportunity to further your existing skills as a  _SMT Operator_  while learning new ones to assist you in your career. Shift: Monday to Friday 07:00 Am to 03:00 Pm.

Responsibilities:

+ Operate and monitor SMT equipment, including screen printers and pick-and-place machines

+ Perform machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting to support production goals

+ Ensure accurate solder paste application and component placement

+ Inspect the assemblies and verify compliance with quality standards

+ Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of SMT equipment

+ Follow safety, and manufacturing procedures

+ Document production activity, equipment issues, and corrective actions

Required Qualifications &

Experience:

+ 2 years of SMT manufacturing experience

+ High school diploma or GED / technical training preferred

** Pay Details:**  $25.00 per hour
