SMT Operator

** Responsibilities:*
* - Operate and monitor SMT equipment, including screen printers and pick-and-place machines, to support production schedules

- Perform machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting to minimize equipment downtime

- Inspect PCB assemblies for defects and verify quality standards, component placement, and solder paste application requirements are met

- Maintain SMT equipment, document production activity, and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to resolve process issues

** Requirements:*
* - High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred

- Experience operating SMT equipment, including screen printers and pick-and-place machines, in a manufacturing environment

- Basic knowledge of electronic components, PCB assembly processes, and ability to read work instructions and assembly drawings

- Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

- Experience with SMT machine programming preferred

- Experience working with Juki SMT equipment preferred

- Familiarity with SPI (Solder Paste Inspection) and AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) systems preferred

- Knowledge of IPC standards, such as IPC-A-610preferred

** Pay Details:**  $25.00 per hour
