You'll be joining a collaborative environment, working alongside another team of candidates with complementary marketing functions. Together, you'll develop and execute innovative, integrated marketing campaigns designed to maximize brand reach and engagement. This role is ideal for forward-thinking, adaptable individuals eager to contribute to impactful projects while working closely with our senior marketing staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Content Creation
  :
  Develop engaging, on-brand content across platforms like Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, and Facebook, including graphics, videos, and written posts to strengthen brand presence.
• Paid Social Media Ads
  :
  Design, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on social media channels to meet performance goals like audience engagement, click-through rates, and conversion optimization.
• Paid Search Ad Campaigns
  :
  Work on Google Search and Performance Max campaigns, mastering keyword and audience targeting techniques to drive measurable performance improvements.
• SEO Implementation
  :
  Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink strategies to boost organic search visibility, and produce content that aligns with SEO best practices and Google's guidelines.
• Marketing Analytics
  :
  Analyze campaign performance and generate insights to enhance ROI, customer acquisition, and campaign effectiveness, working with data to make strategic recommendations.
• Collaboration and Strategy
  :
  Partner with marketing strategists to align creative and strategic content with business goals, optimizing campaigns based on real-time performance data.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising
  , or a closely related field
• Minimum GPA of 3.3
• Relevant coursework in Digital Marketing, Social Media, SEO, Paid Advertising, and Marketing/Data Analytics
• Experience (internships, freelance work, personal projects, or leadership in school organizations) in content creation, social media management, or campaign execution
• Strong creative abilities, attention to detail, and the agility to work with emerging marketing tools and trends
