Quality Inspector 1st

Primary responsibilities include:

+ Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of electronic assemblies, PCBAs, components, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.

+ Inspect PCB assemblies using microscopes, magnification tools, and measuring devices while evaluating solder joints, component placement, and workmanship to IPC-A-610 Class 2/3 standards.

+ Review work orders, assembly drawings, BOMs, and specifications to verify compliance with customer and company requirements.

+ Document inspection results, verify rework and repairs, and maintain a clean, organized work environment while following ESD and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma or GED required.

+ 2-5 years of experience in electronics assembly or quality inspection.

+ IPC-A-610 Certification required.

+ Strong knowledge of SMT, through-hole, and mixed technology assembly processes with the ability to read assembly drawings and work instructions.

+ Experience using microscopes, measuring equipment, and quality documentation systems.

+ Familiarity with ESD procedures and safe handling of electronic components.

+ Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and quality control software.

+ Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and excellent communication/documentation abilities.
