Micro Center - Up to $80000.00/year - - Responsibilities:
Maintain orderly operation and safety of all areas of responsibility;
Through sales floor leadership, ensure all customer issues are resolved in a timely manner;
Consistently achieve customer satisfaction, sales, productivity and payroll and expense goals;
Review P&L statements with the General Manager on a monthly basis to identify areas of concern; recommend and implement sales improvement plans;
Participate in and lead open and close procedures
