PGA TOUR Superstore - - Responsibilities:
Engage with customers and provide world-class service in the Hard Goods area (Simulators, Putting Green, Club Repair, Accessories);
Assist with front-end operations including returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions;
Maintain merchandise presence and visual standards in Hard Goods areas;
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of golf clubs and explain features and benefits to customers;
Assist customers with club fitting, including selecting shafts, grips, and specifications for optimal performance
