Engage with every customer encountered and offer world class service by leveraging PGATSS Service behaviors;
Assist in club fitting and maintain a premiere stock and visual presentation of Hard Goods areas;
Assist with front-end operations such as returns, exchanges, and promotions;
Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge of golf clubs and explain features, benefits, and differences to customers;
Maintain a clean, professional presentation of the Hard Goods areas and assist with club fittings
