Route Sales Representative

Union Beer Distributors, a leading Brooklyn-based beverage wholesaler, is hiring for a key role in our Long Island territory. In this fast-paced, team-driven environment, you'll manage relationships with bars, restaurants, and retailers, ensuring accurate, timely delivery and strong brand representation for our beer, cider, and specialty beverage portfolio. Responsibilities include order coordination, basic inventory checks, merchandising, and supporting sales initiatives and point-of-sale displays.

This hands-on role offers growth in sales, logistics, and operations within the dynamic craft beer and beverage industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned Long Island customer route of bars, restaurants, and retailers
• Coordinate and verify customer orders and deliveries for accuracy and timeliness
• Merchandise products, rotate stock, and maintain brand standards at customer locations
• Support sales initiatives, promotions, and point-of-sale display execution
• Monitor basic inventory levels and communicate needs with warehouse and logistics teams
• Build strong relationships with buyers, managers, and staff at accounts
• Resolve customer issues promptly with a service-oriented, hands-on approach
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, returns, and account activity
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and operations teams in a fast-paced environment
• Uphold company policies, safety standards, and compliance with alcohol distribution regulations
