This vibrant, high-energy family in Westchester, NY is seeking a calm, hyper-organized family assistant to manage logistics and support their active household of five.

• Ages of children: 9, 12, and 14 years old
• Start date: As soon as they find the right fit!
• Schedule: Full-time, guaranteeing 40 hours per week, with the general schedule falling on Monday through Friday from 11:30am to 7:30pm.
• Compensation: The family is offering $45-$48/hour based on the 40-hour/week schedule, which equates to an annualized base compensation of $93k-100k/year range.

• This fun-loving family of five includes three amazing, kind, and funny children. They are thriving individually and collectively and are looking for someone who can help make it easier for them to enjoy this season of life. Their three children, aged 9 to 14, attend school full-time and enjoy sports, music, and other extracurricular activities. The siblings are very close and always look out for each other.
  
  They even admit they’re best friends … though only at home.
• This is a high-energy home full of laughter, warmth, and movement. Both parents are committed to being as present and involved as possible with their children. The parents want to prioritize and increase their quality with their children, rather than focusing on the logistics of their busy lives. Although not fully Kosher, this Jewish home does have separate dishes in the kitchen.
  
  A part-time and trusted babysitter is also supporting this loving household.
• This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, highly organized, and deeply attentive to detail. Mom is Type A and is looking for someone who is equally efficient with high executive-functioning skills who anticipates needs, takes initiative, and ensures smooth operation with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is calm in chaos, patient, communicates well, and can handle direct communication with confidence and ease.
  
  Someone who can provide a loving environment for the children, ground the high energy of the home, and embrace all that comes with family life will be key. A candidate who can read the room, listen actively, and know when to step in and out will be a wonderful fit. Someone who can support the family’s balanced approach to rules, structures, and no screen time when working will excel in this role.
• A candidate who is comfortable collaborating with the family and other household members and can confidently step up and take charge will be a great fit! They will value an attuned, nurturing candidate who can support their oldest’s study time and research enriching activities for him to do. The family values and appreciates candidates with a genuine enjoyment of cooking and meal planning who will jump in to handle dinners for the family, as well as making sure the kids are prepped for school lunches and the fridge and pantry are stocked.
• Responsibilities include creating an environment for the children to grow and thrive, child-related household tasks, including but not limited to meal prep, tidying, organizing of children’s areas, errands, before and after school routines, and coordinating activities. House management duties are running errands, meal planning and preparation, grocery shopping, coordinating logistics, laundry, managing the family calendar, and anything to make day-to-day family life run smoothly.
  
  Cooking wholesome dinners each night and additionally for the weekend (not fancy meals) is required.
• While not a requirement for the role, the family would love to work with a candidate who holds a Bachelor’s degree.
