LMU seeks a Facilities Custodial Manager to plan, coordinate, and direct custodial staff, manage cleaning operations across campus, and oversee preventive maintenance and work-orders to ensure safe, efficient facilities.
The role requires at least five years of supervisory experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, strong leadership and communication, proficiency with Outlook/Word/Excel and CMMS, and the ability to respond after-hours. Salary range $80,600–$104,800.
