inomed Inc. is a leading medical device company that continues to grow and is seeking an Operations Manager. We develop and manufacture products and treatments in the fields of intraoperative neuromonitoring, functional neurosurgery, pain therapy, and neurological diagnostics. We are committed to delivering the highest level of patient care by providing surgeons with equipment to protect and maintain the functionality of the central nervous system.
We are seeking a full‑time Operations Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a self‑starter who is motivated to learn and contribute to both inomed Inc. In this role, you’ll have the chance to engage in a variety of responsibilities across different areas of the business, gaining a well‑rounded perspective on how a medical manufacturing company operates.
Your ability to adapt and contribute in multiple capacities will allow you to see the direct impact of your efforts as the company continues to grow. This job will be multifaceted and have a great deal of responsibility. You should be able to prioritize tasks based on the business’s needs.
Previous commercial experience is a plus, especially working with ERP systems. Additionally, you will get the training and support you need to handle a wide range of tasks. WHATYOU'LL DO
- Process all inside sales activities from inquiry to invoicing
- Manage stock, purchasing process, and goods receipt
- Handle incoming calls and messages in a professional and timely manner
- Assist Managing Directors & Operations team with daily corporate operations
- Prepare reports, quotes, and product forecasts
- Identify potential for process optimization within the operations division
- Assist with trade show coordination
- Assist with marketing activities
- Maintain office supplies
- Coordinate daily shipments for internal and external parties
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Business, Accounting, Communications, Finance, or Operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- ERP experience required
- Experience with Microsoft Business Dynamics 365
- Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
