Key Responsibilities for the Senior Financial Analyst:- Analyze financial results, identify key drivers and trends, and provide actionable business insights
- Develop financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate business opportunities and operational changes
- Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and ongoing financial planning activities
- Lead reporting process improvements, automation efforts, and dashboard development initiatives
- Partner with operations and functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, cost accounting, FP&A, or a related finance role
- Strong Excel skills with experience analyzing large datasets and developing financial models
- Manufacturing industry experience and familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
