LocationOutpatient Center in Westchester, United States.
Shift7 am – 9 pm. Hours vary from early morning to evening coverage. 1–2 Saturdays a month.
Requirements- High school diploma; some college preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the day‑to‑day function of a physician office practice, including knowledge of insurance coverages and problem‑solving skills (4 years preferred).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organization skills.
- Ability to make daily operational decisions, translate concepts into actions, and demonstrate sound judgment.
- Customer‑sensitive initiative with strong judgment and the ability to set high performance standards.
- Experience with Epic or other medical management software.
- Willingness to drive to satellite locations on a regular basis.
- Perform all Patient Service Representative II tasks, including pre‑registration and full registration.
- Work in all ambulatory areas within scope.
- Document new employee orientation and assist with other personnel and administrative duties as assigned by the Manager, Ambulatory Support.
- Assist the manager in recruiting staff and filling vacancies.
- Assist manager with quality and productivity monitoring.
- Trainer for process (non‑Epic) changes.
- Serve as a resource person and role model for Point‑of‑Service staff during clinic hours.
- Handle escalated or complicated issues; recognize and report workflow variance.
- Order supplies for areas within scope.
- Monitor exchange of information among point‑of‑service areas, physician offices, central registration, and other teams.
- Identify and address continuing education/training needs of staff.
- Ensure staff review registration information and demographic modifications in Cadence system; be proficient in Epic software.
- Primary resource for day‑to‑day problem solving in clinics, providing performance improvement input.
- Provide input on performance evaluations.
- Other job functions as assigned.
High School Diploma/GED (Required).
Pay Range$21.00–$32.55 hourly.
