The role reviews clinical documentation, applies modifiers, and processes about 105 charts per day in a productivity-driven environment.
Minimum 1–2 years in hospital revenue cycle, billing or coding, plus knowledge of medical terminology and data entry. RHIA/RHIT or CPC/COC credentials are a plus.
