Recruiting Team Lead

A Recruiting Lead Team provides guidance and mentorship to Team Members as they complete their daily tasks.

To effectively do this, they utilize Manager input and their own experiences to offer insights, direction, and creative approaches to consistently achieve high levels of delivery and growth in their assigned business unit.

• Successful completion of recruiting efforts for assigned orders within identified timelines
• Adherence to proven recruiting processes and methodologies

• Daily communication with Team Salesperson/Account Coordinator to establish workload priorities
• Daily huddle with Team Members to convey priorities and drive KPI’s
• Assist in developing strategies that Team Members can use to fill orders and/or achieve project goals
• Help troubleshoot challenging or problem orders
• Monitor progress to keep orders and projects on track and on schedule
• Function as a liaison with Managers and Sales Team
• Help manage the flow of day‑to‑day operations (ensure Avionte is updated with contacts, candidate nominations, etc.)
• Function as a “role model” through individual, hands‑on efforts and productivity
• Provide emails/reports to update on the Team’s progress
