Apply now to become our primary endpoint support specialist, helping manage and troubleshoot a wide range of devices across multiple operating systems.

• Deep end‑point management experience, including Intune with mixed operating systems (Windows, Mac OS, iPads, Android tablets).
• Provide hands‑on assistance with laptops, tablets, POS devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and escalate to EUC or depot teams as needed.
• Act as the first point of contact for store IT issues (White‑Glove Support), coordinating with Customer’s Service Center (Store Support).
• Address and resolve long‑standing tickets and improve store satisfaction with IT services.
• Maintain a professional and responsive presence across store and office environments.

Salary Range: $65,000–$75,000 per year
