• The General Manager runs a profitable restaurant and ensures that it meets McDonald’s critical standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• The General Manager works with leadership to set restaurant goals and creates a plan to achieve them.
• He or she leads a team of Department Managers, helps them set goals, follows up on progress, and provides coaching and direction to improve their departments.
• The General Manager may also recruit and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a capable leadership team for the future.

• Previous General Manager experience running high‑volume locations.
• Strong background in quick‑service restaurants, hospitality, or retail preferred.
• Minimum age 18 years (or older, depending on state requirements).
