** What You'll Be Doing
*** Coordinate sales orders and ensure timely processing from entry to delivery
* Communicate with customers to provide accurate information and resolve inquiries
* Collaborate with internal teams to maintain inventory and meet customer needs
* Prepare and maintain reports to support sales and operational efficiency
* Assist in managing pricing, contracts, and documentation for accuracy

*** Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
* Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
* Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering excellent service
* Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
** Work Environment
** This role operates in an office setting with regular interaction across sales, operations, and customer service teams. Occasional travel to local sites may be required.
